What we believe about market research and customer insights

1. If you ask the same questions of the same people, you'll get the same answers. Therefore, we are obsessed with difference:

2. If you don’t like the answer, don’t ask the question

3. Consumers lie consummately

4. Consumers are not marketers, their opinions can provide one level of input into decision making but they should never be allowed the final vote (except by their dollars and their feet)

5. Most of the quantitative methodologies used are outdated and suspect, to say the least!
